ANC’s practice is dense with reference to history, online sub-cultures, and mysticism. They are a storyteller building a playful mythology exploring disability and gender. ANC operates across the spectrums of enchantment and objectification, of play and work. Their practice is process driven and favors gesture and a theatre of effort and artifice over precision and technique.

In 2020 ANC received a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and from 2021-2022 served as an Artist in Residence at Happy Gallery Chicago. ANC’s work has been shown and performed at No Nation - Art Gallery and Tangential Unspace Lab,  Constellation Links Hall, Experimental Sound Studio, and Berlin Nightclub in Chicago,IL . In 2021 their work was an Official Selection of Flat Earth Film Festival, Herðubíó, Iceland.
